Due to the fact we run our own YouTube Content ID System for our Music Library, we are able to whitelist your customers YouTube-Channels at any time and immediately.
YOUTUBE CONTENT ID FOR OUR LABEL-PARTNERS AND COMPOSERS
​IML (Instant Music Licensing) is the entity that holds the licenses that enable our label partners & composers to work with YouTube. IML does not manage or operate any YouTube channels. These channels are managed by individual YouTube content creators. The details for the relevant content owner of each YouTube asset appears on the YouTube CMS alongside IML’s name — for example, the ABC Records channel would appear as [IML] ABC Records.

WHY ARE WE USING YOUTUBE CONTENT ID SYSTEM?
​In order to protect our customers and clients who legally purchased the licenses/subscriptions of our music and in order to avoid harassments of those who illegally register our music to Youtube Content ID and then claim our customer's videos, we decided to register our music with our self owned Youtube Content ID system.
WHAT IS COPYRIGHT CLAIM AND HOW DO I REMOVE IT?​
​If you receive a copyright claim from Youtube CID, saying that we are claiming your video, please don't worry as the claim can be removed easily.
Please note that Copyright Claim isn't Copyright Strike. Copyright Claim simply means that for the video featuring, in this case our music, the
monetization has been turned off.
There are two ways to remove the claim(s) and return the monetization in your video(s):

1. By directly sending us an email/message with a copy of your license and the URL (link) of your Youtube Video at:

2. By directly disputing the claim from your Youtube Account.

​It takes about 72 hours to remove the claim, although your claim might be removed even earlier.
​I WANT TO BE SURE I WON'T GET ANY CLAIMS BEFORE I RELEASE MY VIDEO​
In order to do this, simply upload your video as "Unlisted" and send us an email to youtube@instantlicensing.com with a copy of a license and a URL of your "Unlisted" video. We'll then clear your video in advance so that when you publish it, you won't receive any claims for using our music.
This also works for live videos​.

Please note that, for the heavy users of our music, we offer a Youtube Channel Whitelisting.
By having your channel Whitelisted, you'll stop receiving any copyright claims for using our music in any of your future uploads/videos.
You can get your channel Whitelisted by us if you've used our music in more than 3 Youtube videos uploaded on your channel.
