Oslo Quartet Series (OQS) is an international renowned concert series for string quartets based in Oslo. Led by composer Kaja Bjørntvedt, the organisation is also a keen promoter and commissioner of new music. OQS is publishing new works for string quartets in the series 'Oslo Quartet Series Edition' in collaboration with Norsk Musikforlag.

The concert series was founded in 2012 as a collaboration between three of the most established Norwegian string quartets; Engegård Quartet, Oslo String Quartet and Vertavo, and since then, most of the leading international quartets have visited the series such as the Hagen Quartet, Quatuor Ebène, Juilliard String Quartet, Belcea Quartet and Artemis Quartet. Oslo Quartet Series also runs a talent programme for young string quartets and is well established as an important collaborator for European platforms and agencies for string quartets.
