Cannelle, named after the last Pyrenean bear shot by a senseless hobby-hunter, started DJing on air for the lovely free Radio Flora. This directly lead to running her own venue with music partner A. Paulsson. When not organising concerts for Feinkost Lampe – often in collaboration with arty partners and classical music festivals – she is eagerly collecting music of all genres from all over the world. She specialises in musical weirdos, small labels and sounds between contemporary composing, experiment and kindergarten. Mostly her sets – supporting concerts, providing soundtracks to silent films, theatre performances or special places and happenings – range from ambient atmospheres to ecstatic dance moments paired with childish joy.
